My name is Małgorzata Rybak, and I am a certified coach and a psychotherapist currently undergoing comprehensive training at WSPG (the Greater Poland Gestalt Psychotherapy School) in Poznań, Poland.
Gestalt is an approach that emerged after World War II; it grew out of psychoanalysis and was designed to meet the needs of individuals who had endured multiple traumas, crises, and losses, and who needed to find their footing in everyday life. Gestalt is rooted in personalism—specifically, the respectful „I-You” relationship.
Gestalt psychotherapy is built upon this type of relationship. Within it, we seek to bring closure to unfinished, difficult experiences and find ways to satisfy important needs.
Who do I work with?
I work with people struggling with:
🌿 a sense of loneliness;
🌿 relationship difficulties, especially those that have recurring patterns;
🌿 a feeling of being stuck in various areas of life;
🌿 an overtly critical attitude toward oneself, a sense of guilt, and shame;
🌿 an inability to grieve losses or celebrate successes;
🌿 a lack of a sense of support;
🌿 low or unstable self-esteem;
🌿 an excessive focus on the needs of others while neglecting one’s own;
🌿 fear of taking action, fear of judgment by others, or fear of pursuing new goals.
I help clients develop a sense of agency and move toward a life that holds personal meaning, color, and flavor—all discovered by the client themselves.
I support the process of building a relationship with oneself based on respect. I accompany clients as they move toward carrying out realistic dreams. I work with adults (aged 25 and older).
My work is subject to professional supervision.
The therapeutic process begins with consultation sessions.
Sessions last 50 minutes; the fee is 200 PLN.
I see clients at my office (Bartla 7a/2, Wrocław) and online.
